Kauri Die Back (KDD) Alert

Please make sure all your bikes are cleaned before coming to Waiheke, as we don’t have Kauri Die Back on the island. The bio-security ambassadors will be disinfecting and screening bikes at Pier 2 (Fullers).

If you are planning on catching the 9am boat please get their earlier, e.g. 30 minutes before hand, so your bike can be checked and stickered before getting on the ferry.

If you are travelling by Sealink please clean your bikes of all dirt, especially the tyres.

Before the race as always we will have a bike safety check and all bikes must go through the Kauri Die Back disinfectant station to be able to race.

We are looking forward to seeing you there on the day and you beautiful cleaned bikes!

The track is suitable for almost all levels, from expert to novice. Get your team together, or ride solo! Timed event with prizes & giveaways.

Note that we use Mailchimp for our entries, which is email list software. So you are, in effect, signing up to an email list. Rest assured: we’d rather stick spokes in our eyes (ewww!) than rent or sell our email list – at most, you’ll hear about this years Round Rangihoua, and next years event.
